Conquest - Jungle:
Item Purchase Order
Jungle Start:

Final Build in Order:

Relics/Actives:

Beads and Aegis preferred, but blink may be used too if the situation is given.
Early Game: Try your best to be safe until you are level five. Farm, farm, farm...that is all you have to do until you get your ultimate and warrior tabi. Once you have that, start ganking whoever is gank-able. Duo and mid lane is preferred since those lanes truly matter and impact the late game's outcome. Also, make sure to get at least 1 ward every back throughout the game.
Mid Game: Just kill people or farm.
Late Game: So this is where you start to decided whether or not you are a useless sh*t lord. Are you gonna split push or teamfight? If you are behind in farm an xp, then try your best to split push and avoid teamfights. If you are in a normal position or ahead, then teamfight and carry your team. Target whoever is causing the biggest problem for your team.
Recommended for average Loki and average Jungling knowledge!
Level Order:
At level 1, upgrade your decoy. Then max your "aimed strike" then your "vanish." Upgrade your ultimate at level 5 and then only upgrade it once you have finished upgrading your "vanish" and "aimed strike"
Why not upgrade my ult when I have the chance?
It is true that upgrading your ultimate as you go does increase your single target damage, but it reduces your overall damage. As a Loki jungler, your goal is to pop off on everyone, not to only kill one target and leave. Relying less on your ultimate would make you overall a better Loki player.
Why Transcendence last?
So let me make this more clear. Transcendence's passive is power gain based on total mana the player has. This means that you will not get the full effect of this item until you are level 20. Getting it late game also means less strain on your early-mid game. Transcendence costs 2600 gold and requires to stack which may put you behind. It also forces you to upgrade your decoy just to stack which again...ruins your early game. Yes, Loki does have an early game if you max your damaging abilities first! Shockers! By the time you get this item late game, all 3 of the lanes will be available to stack. Plus, your decoy will be upgraded too without sacrificing your damage which makes stacking more convenient. The power spike is also incredible when your mana is around 900.

Item Purchase Order
ADC Start:

Final Build in Order:

Relics/Actives:

Beads and Aegis preferred, but Heavenly Wings may be used too if the situation is given.
Level Order:
At level 1, upgrade your decoy. Then max your "aimed strike" then your "vanish." Upgrade your ultimate at level 5 and upgrade again whenever it allows you to.
Why not max out decoy first?
You may if you wish, but then you might as well get transcendence first or second item. But keep in mind that you are ruining your early game potential. Yes you will lose lane pressure, but that is gonna happen no matter what until you reach level 7 and get at least 4 points into the decoy. The goal here is to kill the enemy ADC so you do not have to worry about clearing.
Didn't you just told me to not upgrade my ult?
The difference between jungle and duo is that in duo you only have 1 target. Focusing on your single target damage, you should upgrade your ultimate whenever available.
Early Game: You are going to be out pressured most of the time since Loki's clear is terrible. But hopefully with your early game damage, you will be able to kill your rival. If you do out pressure however, then steal their buffs. Also, make sure to get at least 1-2 wards every back throughout the game. Do not sell the mana chalice until you truly do not need it. You do not need health potions after the first three because you can hopefully kill the enemy ADC without being poked too much.
Mid Game: Kill the enemy ADC as much as possible, rotate if needed, take enemy camps if ahead. If behind, max your decoy instead of your damaging abilities to be safe and farm. Do not try to be a hero if behind.
Keep in mind that you are the carry this time.
Recommended for experienced and confident Loki players!

Conquest - Solo:
Item Purchase Order
Solo Start:

Final Build in Order:

Recommended for masochists and for people who hate frontliners in their team.
Early Game: The purpose of this is to farm up, rush cool down, and start rotating as fast as possible to mid and kill people. You are also gonna have a terrible day since Loki solo is probably the worst role for him. If you enjoy being ganked by an assassin, have your blue stolen, and being poked and killed by the enemy warrior, then...idk. Buy wards whenever possible to increase the chances of dying a little later by 33%!
Remember, you have little frontline since you went Loki solo.

Level Order:
At level 1, upgrade your decoy. Then max your decoy and try to proxy wave. Do not upgrade your ult as you go.
Why not max out my vanish and aimed strike?
Up to you, if you know you can fight then go ahead.
